Cassy has over 10 years of experience in the field of management consulting, executive search and tech recruiting. She is helping big corporates to build up new digital hubs but also helps startups to scale their tech teams and structures.

Cassy learned her trade at Digital McKinsey where she built up the digital labs in Europe, at Kienbaum in Singapore.
