After Ratepay’s first Art Exhibition, 'Come Closer: How Sustainability & Art Go Together,' we are proud to present to you 'Let's Get in Touch: Art in the context of social responsibility” (8/29/23 - 2/29/24):
Ira Brana and Noé Borst are two young talented artists who dedicate themselves to close observation and reflection of our society. With the curator Dr. Beatrice Miersch, we are showcasing in our office their amazing artistic journey through still life photography and drawing, characterized by sharp thinking and the utilization of vibrant colors.
On the 3rd floor we have the great debut of the Ratepay Internal Artist: On the topic of “What is art to you?” our colleagues proudly present their own art in the office: Olachi Thelma Opara, Andreas Rau, Khan Busz, Nadeschda Sedov, René Kray & Philip Thielenhaus. Their first ‘Hobbysage’ is both a curating experiment and a presentation of their artsy hobby.
"We got to realize that a lot of factors such as, space, colour, furniture, eye level, light, architecture, interior harmony and even storytelling etc., came into consideration in placing art. A truly enlightening experience."
After an introduction from the event host: the Ratepay Sustainability Team, and the Curator at 6pm, there will be an incredible LIVE DRAWING PERFORMANCE by Noé Borst at 6.45 during the opening event. Follow his captivating hand movements as he brings his unique characters to life. This performance will take place on one of the window panels on the 5th floor, creating a vivid addition to the exhibition. Afterwards, the Ratepay Internal Artists will guide you through their exhibition on the 3rd floor."
Dive into new possibilities of close observation, and raise awareness of social responsibility. Together with the Curator Beatrice Miersch the second exhibition “Let’s Get in Touch” has arrived, on display from the 29. of August 2023 until February 29, 2024.
