Sankofa House Immersion Experience at Elaisa, Belgium (English)

Join us in Belgium at Elaisa Wellness in the midst of the Hoge Kempen National Park for a two and a half day retreat. Elaisa portrays the culmination of various indigenous traditions from ancient world cultures, serving as a highly energetic & transformative space.

This retreat has been curated for you with the highest possible detachment from daily demands and distractions in mind. Elaisa's concept of complete relaxation and inner stillness in addition to it's beautiful surroundings and architecture, enhance your ability to detach from the outer world and fully immerse yourself. You will experience traditional indigenous ceremonies as you continue your journey of remembering your true essence, uncocvering your shadows, reconciling with yourself and nurturing those facets of you that you welcome home once again.

During this retreat you will deep dive into your shadows while navigating the effects on your chakras, mental and physical health.

This experience comprises intense inner work and integration in the form of traditional sauna infusions, meditations and relaxation. We will take part in an indigenous mexican temazcal ceremony.

On day 2, you will uncover hidden contracts you have made that drive your unconscious mind and shape behavioral patterns that no longer serve you. As you release these you retrieve those parts of your soul ready to return with you. This day is all about acceptance, reconciliation, nurturing and integration.

A group will be created for the participants with detailed information including accommodation availability (to be booked separately- excluded in pricing) itiniary and schedules.

What's included in the package? All meals except hotel breakfasts, 2 day entry passes to Elaisa Energetic Wellness in addition to sauna use and limited free sauna infusions, temazcal ceremony, 8-10 hours of energy work with meditations, group work, tea and water at Elaisa.

What is not included? Transportation to and from your hotel, hotel costs including breakfast. We have a room contingency at Terhills Hotel. I'll give you further information.
