Dieses Zusatz-Ticket umfängt den Zugang zum Abend-Event am 20.07.2024 ab 19 Uhr.
Enthalten ist u.a. der Zugang zur Geburtstagsfeier, die Teilnahme an einem Ritual, das gemeinsame Essen und viele Aktionen, die sich der Cast für Euch ausgedacht hat. Der Zugang zu diesem Teil der Veranstaltung wird streng begrenzt sein, so dass die Feier persönlich und ausgelassen stattfinden kann.
Der genaue Ablauf von Rollo`s Birthday Feast können der Website und den Social-Media-Kanälen entnommen werden; diese Möglichkeit besteht erst einige Wochen vor der Convention. Das Zusatz-Ticket beinhaltet nicht den Zutritt zur Veranstaltung und kann– auch bei Absage einzelner Gaststars – nicht zurückgenommen werden.
Für die Besucher*innen gelten am Tag der Veranstaltung die zu dem Zeitpunkt des Events offiziell geltenden Vorgaben, Regeln und ggf. Corona-Maßnahmen. Eine Änderung der eben genannten Maßnahmen ist kein Stornierungsgrund. Alle Tickets sind bei Stattfinden der Veranstaltung vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen. Es gilt § 312 G Absatz 2 Nr. 9 BGB.

This additional ticket includes access to the evening event on 20 July 2024 from 7 pm.
It includes access to the birthday party, participation in a ritual, a meal together and many activities that the cast has thought up for you. Access to this part of the event will be strictly limited so that the celebration can take place in a personal and relaxed atmosphere.
The exact schedule of Rollo's Birthday Feast can be found on the website and social media channels; this option will only be available a few weeks before the convention. The additional ticket does not include admission to the event and cannot be refunded - even if individual guest stars cancel.
On the day of the event, visitors are subject to the official regulations, rules and, if applicable, corona measures in force at the time of the event. A change to the aforementioned measures is not a reason for cancellation. All tickets cannot be exchanged if the event takes place. Section 312 G paragraph 2 no. 9 BGB applies.
