Ticket-Infos:

Neben normalen Eintrittstickets gibt es im Laufe der Zeit auch Upgrades (Anzahl streng limitiert!), wie z.B. das Fastlane-Ticket, die Ihr unter den Zusatzartikeln finden könnt.

Zeiten:

Samstag: 10 - 18 Uhr

Sonntag: 11 - 18 Uhr

Menschen mit Schwerbehindertenausweis mit Vermerk "B" dürfen eine Begleitperson kostenfrei mitbringen. Dazu muss am Eingang unbedingt der Schwerbehindertenausweis und der Ausweis vorgezeigt werden. Danke für Euer Verständnis.

Für die Besucher*innen gelten am Tag der Veranstaltung die zu dem Zeitpunkt des Events offiziell geltenden Vorgaben, Regeln und ggf. Corona-Maßnahmen. Eine Änderung der eben genannten Maßnahmen ist kein Stornierungsgrund.

Alle Tickets sind bei Stattfinden der Veranstaltung vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen. Es gilt § 312 G Absatz 2 Nr. 9 BGB.

Angekündigte Stargäste haben jederzeit die Möglichkeit, ihren Auftritt abzusagen; dies ist ärgerlich, aber in dem Business unvermeidbar. Sollte der Fall eintreffen, werden Autogramm- und Fototickets selbstverständlich erstattet. Ausgenommen davon sind jedoch Eintrittstickets jeglicher Art.

In addition to normal admission tickets, there will also be upgrades (number strictly limited!), such as the Fastlane ticket, which you can find under the additional articles.

Saturday: 10 am - 6 pm

Sunday: 11 am - 6 pm

People with a severely disabled pass marked "B" may bring an accompanying person free of charge. To do so, you must show your disabled pass and ID at the entrance. Thank you for your understanding.

On the day of the event, visitors are subject to the official regulations, rules and, if applicable, corona measures in force at the time of the event. A change to the aforementioned measures is not a reason for cancellation.

All tickets cannot be exchanged if the event takes place. Section 312 G paragraph 2 no. 9 BGB applies.

Announced star guests have the option of cancelling their appearance at any time; this is annoying, but unavoidable in the business. Should this occur, autograph and photo tickets will of course be refunded. However, this does not apply to admission tickets of any kind.

***Please bring a printed copy of your ticket with you, as scanning on a mobile phone often does not work well. Thank you ***
