In this talk, we discuss what a software architecture is, how it can be modeled, and how to compare and evaluate different variants. We briefly look into qualitative and quantitative evaluation techniques and elaborate on the role of a software architect.

I’m Franzi, I’m working in the field of accessibility at Microsoft. And I have no Bachelor or a master degree in an IT typical study, but I’m working at Microsoft. My passion in trying new things, accept challenges and having lots of curiosity brought me to the workplace I’m being today. Technology and especial humans supporting me in my daily work. I want to share my story how I get the chance to work at Microsoft and what it means to me working in an inclusive and diverse environment. By the way: I’m totally blind since birth.
