Hier findest Du alle Zusatzartikel von unserem Headliner, der am 28. & 29.09. Stargast unseres Events "Proud Nerd - Wizards & Beasts" ist.
Die Zeiten der Autogrammstunden/Photo-Ops mit dem jeweiligen Stargast können einerseits der Website und den Social-Media-Kanälen und andererseits den ausgelegten Programmen vor Ort entnommen werden; diese Möglichkeit besteht erst kurz vor und am Tag der Convention. Die Zusatzartikel beinhalten nicht den Zutritt zur Veranstaltung und können – außer bei Absage des betreffenden Gaststars – nicht zurückgenommen werden.
Angekündigte Stargäste haben jederzeit die Möglichkeit, ihren Auftritt abzusagen; dies ist ärgerlich, aber in dem Business unvermeidbar. Sollte der Fall eintreffen, werden Autogramm- und Photo-Shoot-Tickets selbstverständlich erstattet. Ausgenommen davon sind jedoch Eintrittstickets jeglicher Art.
Für die Besucher*innen gelten am Tag der Veranstaltung die zu dem Zeitpunkt des Events offiziell geltenden Vorgaben, Regeln und ggf. Corona-Maßnahmen. Eine Änderung der eben genannten Maßnahmen ist kein Stornierungsgrund. Alle Tickets sind bei Stattfinden der Veranstaltung vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen. Es gilt § 312 G Absatz 2 Nr. 9 BGB.

Natürlich könnten wir das Ganze auch mit der Ankündigung neuer Events querfinanzieren, aber wir möchten es so transparent wie möglich halten: Ihr bekommt genau das, wofür Ihr das Geld auch ausgebt. Sollte der Headliner nicht bis Ende Juni angekündigt werden, bekommt Ihr das Geld des Headliner-Tickets ohne Diskussion zurückerstattet. Und dieser Headliner ist ein echter Headliner, versprochen!

Here you can find all additional articles by our headliner, who will be the star guest at our event "Proud Nerd - Wizards and Beasts" on 28 & 29 SEP 2024.
The times of the autograph sessions/photo ops with the respective star guest can be found on the website and social media channels on the one hand and on the programmes displayed on site on the other; this option is only available shortly before and on the day of the convention. The additional items do not include admission to the event and cannot be withdrawn - except in the event of cancellation by the guest star in question.
Announced star guests have the option to cancel their appearance at any time; this is annoying, but unavoidable in the business. Should this occur, autograph and photo shoot tickets will of course be refunded. However, this does not apply to admission tickets of any kind.
On the day of the event, visitors are subject to the official regulations, rules and, if applicable, corona measures in force at the time of the event. A change to the aforementioned measures is not a reason for cancellation. All tickets cannot be exchanged if the event takes place. Section 312 G paragraph 2 no. 9 BGB applies.
