Erlerne die Essenzen und zentralen Tools und Praktiken so, dass Du diese auch direkt in Deine eigene Arbeit etwa mit Kunden oder Deinem Team übernehmen und anwenden kannst.
• Bring Generative Facilitation in Deine eigene Praxis. Verbinde den Ansatz von Generative Facilitation mit deinem bisherigen Wissen, Methoden und Ansätzen und mache sie dadurch noch kraftvoller. Die Teilnehmeranzahl ist begrenzt, um eine intensive und persönliche Arbeitsatmosphäre und Raum für die Fragen und Anliegen der Teilnehmenden zu ermöglichen.

Für den Fall, dass wir das Training nicht in Präsenz druchführen können - etwa bedingt durch die Corona-Pandemie - , werden wir das Training online anbieten und einen zusätzlichen Trainins- und Vertiefungstag online anbieten. Der zusätzliche Termin wird rechtzeitig vor Beginn allen TeilnehmerInnen mitgeteilt.

Profitiere von dem tiefen Erfahrungsschatz der Generative Facilitation Pionierin Christine Wank. Als Gründerin des Generative Facilitation Institute bringt Christine über 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Change- und Transformationsprozessen mit und verbindet dabei ihre Expertisen als Theorie U Senior Facilitator des Presencing Institute, zertifizierte hypnosystemische und systemische Beraterin und Coach, zertifizierter Generative Coach, zertifizierte HeartMath Trainerin und HeartMath Coach als wichtige Basis für den Ansatz von Generative Facilitation. Our GFI approach is cross-disciplinary and comprehensive and deeply rooted in a systemic understanding of change and transformation. It draws on some of the best proven facilitation and innovation methodologies, the latest insights and approaches from research, as well as old wisdom traditions. These include Theory U and Social Presencing Theatre, Systemic Approaches, Generative Coaching, Holistic Change and Innovation Approaches, Mindfulness and Embodiment as well as Heart and Neuro Sciences.

Your Trainer

Christine Wank is the founder of the Generative Facilitation Institute (GFI) dedicated to inspiring and strengthening facilitators, leaders, and changemakers in facilitating profound change with the intelligence of the head, heart and hands.

Christine is a highly experienced international facilitator, trainer and coach in organization and leadership development and facilitating innovation and transfromation. She has worked with leaders and teams from business, government and NGOs across the globe for more than 15 years. As senior facilitator of the Presencing Institute and the founder of Facilitate U, she helps people and organizations reach their full potential and shape the world in a responsible and purposeful way.

Christine is both a certified systemic and neuro-systemic consultant and coach for leaders, team and organisational development (by Frits Simon and Gunther Schmidt). She is also a ceritifed Generative Coach (Stephen Gilligan and Robert Dilts) and representative of the German chapter of the International Association for Generative Change. She has held several guest lecture and faculty positions, i.e. for the Central European University, and regularily shares her experience for professional audiences on change and innovation conferences. Training times:

The training comprises 3 days with the following working hours:

• Day 1: 10.00-19.00
• Day 2: 9.30-18.00
• Day 3: 9.30-18.00

In case that the training cannot be held onsite (for example due to restrictions such as the COVID-19 pandemic) we will run the training as online leanring journey. In this case we offer a forth extra day for reflection and deepening the learning for the group inlcuded in the package above on a day to be defined and shared with the group.

Rates:

Early bird rate: 1100 EUR plus 19% VAT

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your participation in this training and cannot provide with another person taking your place, the following policies apply:

Up to 10 weeks before the start of the event we offer a full refund of the transferred rate, minus a handling and service fee of 150 EUR and any banking fees involved.

Up to 6 weeks before the start of the event we offer a 50% refund of the transferred rate, minus a handling and service fee of 150 EUR and any banking fees involved.

For cancellations after 6 weeks before the start of the event we cannot offer any refunds due to arrangements made.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or shift the date for this course we will fully refund your rate (either early bird or regular, depending on your booking). We cannot cover any other expenses or cancellation costs involved, such as cancellation fees for transport (flight, train, etc.) or accommodation.
