The closer we get to nature, the louder we hear her voice. She can teach us how to get in balance, how to read and understand our bodies, and how to live in sync with the natural rhythms.
Once we sit on her ground and touch the earth with our bare hands and feet, her energy can run through us freely–clearing our minds and letting us feel our bodies as the nature they are.
In a women's circle, we have the opportunity to reconnect to our essence by dropping the layers of conditioning. Through different practices, we will connect to our bodies, emotions, and energy. A space to be real without any fear of judgment while being held in sisterhood.
Sacred cacao, a gift of Mother Earth, will help us to land deeper in our hearts. Supporting us in reawakening our feminine energy by activating the wisdom that we hold in every cell of our bodies.
