The breakfast club is all about creating a safe space to empower female founders and students who consider founding a company. The monthly meeting will give you the opportunity to learn hacks to build your confidence, resilience, and executive presence. You can share your challenges, but also find new perspectives and celebrate achievements in the group.

In this session we will be joined by another special guest. Mirjam Landowski is a PhD Student at Humboldt University of Berlin and Aide of Management at WISTA-MANAGEMENT GMBH. She is researching on the topic of why Female Founders fail and the fear of failure in general.

She will give insights into her research and together we will all discuss what that means for us as women and female founders and how there might be solutions to this.
