Axel Springer has been dedicating itself very intensively to the digital working world for a long time. Only recently, many employees from different units again took part in an intensive workshop on the future of work. Which trends have a particular influence on change and how does this affect our cooperation? How is the working world-changing and what are our goals? The "why" and "how" were central questions, the results of which we would like to share with all interested parties in advance in the upcoming workshop at EMPEX Factory, to discuss together the utopia of our working world. What is the basis for Axel Springer in shaping our work and how can the interaction between people, space and technology act as a driver? In the workshop, the dimensions will be deepened and guidelines for a common modern working world will be defined. In the exchange of visions of the future, we want to create orientation together and find a clear answer to what the future of work means for Axel Springer. In an interactive form, we will consolidate existing content and make clear what we understand by the megatrend "New Work" and why it is important to us.
