Dive into combining observational drawing with the imagination at a unique 2-hour drawing workshop where we draw from a live model with exciting costumes and props.
We will start with some warm-ups and exercises in drawing the figure, then some methods into extending our drawings into imaginative artworks beyond what we see in front of us, using mixed media. We will use the model and costume/props as a springboard into our imagination, from various exercises and techniques.
A great workshop to unblock your creativity, refine your drawing techniques and learn how to create exciting and enriching artworks.
This session is for all levels, your teacher will be practicing artist and tutor Emily Morey (@emily__moreyart). Emily is qualified at master's level in drawing and painting and has studied at The Royal Drawing School in London, she has tutored for years and has taught at Burnt Sienna Art School in Berlin.
