Coaching Café: Questions that concern you.

Do you have an important decision to make? Do you have important plans and just can't get to them? Have you decided on something and are looking for the best next step? Do you want to convince people of your idea?

A conversation with a neutral partner can give you the right food for thought and activate your creativity. Meet a professional ICF-licensed coach for a free coaching session and experience surprising new solutions through surprising questions.

We start with a short demonstration (10 min) and experience how solution-focused questions move us from wanting to doing. You can then try out how these questions can get your personal issues moving.

We have 90 minutes, but you can leave at any time.

Café coaching takes place in a confidential, relaxed and informal setting in a café.

Speaker: Cornelia Decher, PCC

Cornelia Decher has many years of international experience as a trainer, coach and consultant in the business context and has been supporting leaders and managers in mastering their individual challenges for over 25 years. Her focus is on leadership topics, team development and personal development. Cornelia holds a degree in business administration and is a certified solution-oriented coach (PCC) and has worked in England for over 20 years.
