This event shall support the exchange between different funding projects of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) in the field of private 5G networks. After three very successful networking events, this fourth event, held in the course of the 2024 IEEE 6G Summit in Dresden, now focuses on exchanging about project outcomes and challenges of exploitation.
As in the previous event, all 5G related projects funded by BMWK are invited (Franco-German ecosystem, German national program “5G-Campusnetze”; individual strategic and international projects). We are especially looking forward to welcoming many French partners from the joint collaborations.
Within the framework of the agenda, the first part serves for mutual presentation of project statuses as well as technical and organizational challenges of exploitation. In addition, further networking and expansion of the ecosystem will be targeted.
In the second part, as in the meetings before, we would like to discuss openly in small groups on concrete issues regarding standardization, dissemination, and commercialization aspects.
The meeting is organized jointly by the 5G OPERA project (Smart Systems Hub) and the DLR program management agency.
