Beschreibung

On behalf of Baden-Wuerttemberg's Ministry of Social Affairs and Integration, we would like to cordially invite you to our 4 Motors conference on Digitalisation in Health and Care which will take place in Tuebingen (Baden-Wuerttemberg/Germany) on September 26/27, 2018. Please save the date, spread the word - and register here!

The conference will start at the „Neue Aula (Grosser Senat)“ (University of Tuebingen, Geschwister-Scholl-Platz, 72074 Tuebingen) on the early evening of September 26 (6 pm) followed by a reception and dinner. On September 27 the conference will take place at „Alte Aula“ (University of Tuebingen, Münzgasse 30, 72070 Tuebingen). It will end by 16:30 (4:30 pm) on September 27.

The conference will put a special focus on “Equity in a digital health and care system – Bridging social and digital divide in times of demographic change“. The driving idea is that it is up to us, the regions, to facilitate the collaborative projects between the actors. Therefore we are about to finish a policy paper on the topic which will be presented by Baden-Wuerttemberg’s Minister of Social Affairs and Integration during the conference. Other topics will be “Chances and challenges for digitalization of health and care in rural areas”, “Personalized Medicine”, presentations of good practices in Baden-Wuerttemberg (LebensPhasenHaus, Gesundes Kinzigtal, Community Health Center, Integrated Care etc.) as well as a concrete joint 4 Motors-proposal for a large-scale pilot project (Horizon 2020).

You can already register for the conference here ("Registrieren").

Thank you very much and we are looking forward to welcoming you in Baden-Wuerttemberg soon!
