Originally from Liberia, West Africa, Thomas grew up in Framingham, MA. He attended Stonehill College and graduated with a BA in Healthcare Administration and a master's in Regulatory Affairs & Clinical Research Management.

As a former Manager of a local real estate marketing company, he had the opportunity to consult with realtors on leveraging video, digital marketing & other technologies to grow their businesses. This strong foundation paired with a natural interest in real estate – especially in relation to investments such as rental properties – set him up for a successful transition into becoming a sales agent.
