Sparkle Space is a community led collective that provides a safe and nourishing environment for people to move their bodies, connect, and explore. We host a Sunday conscious movement class for women and non-binary folk, as well as monthly ecstatic dances open to all humans. Our offerings begin with a grounding practice to help connect our breath to mind, body, and spirit. From a place of centered peace, the music will build into a journey crafted to guide us through an experience that encourages free movement, dance, laughter, play, and open vocalization. This is a judgment free, compassionate space intended to allow people to let go, have fun, and connect with each other. Come as you are. All are welcome.
