Solent Mind

Solent Mind is an independent charity working across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight to effectively prevent people becoming unwell through mental health issues and, where they do, help them recover and live safe and well in their communities. We advocate for those with mental health conditions as well as work to provide partnership opportunities for community provision across our region. in 2022 we celebrated 60 years of serving our communities.

We provide a variety of services including:

• Talking therapies individually and in support groups
• Mental wellbeing hubs in locations around our area
• Services for children and young people
• Support groups for those with specific conditions including Dementia
• Community based recovery teams, including crisis support
• Employment support
• Support to serving personnel and veterans, and their families
