Pasedag Mareen

I'm Mareen Pasedag, a multi-faceted practitioner offering energy healing, mediumship, card readings, yoga instruction, bodywork, massage therapy, and spiritual life coaching. Drawing from my personal journey, I focus on releasing toxic relationships, addictions, and unhealthy patterns. My passion lies in guiding individuals towards self-love, discovering their soul's purpose, and reaching their full potential. My journey of self-discovery led me to specialize in spiritual body and energy work. Trained as a wellness and relaxation therapist, I incorporate various tools and techniques into my intuitive practice. My expertise extends to the pre- and postnatal field, where I provide support through yoga, massage, and energy treatments, recognizing the profound significance of this transformative period for mothers-to-be.

Based on Lamu, a serene island in Kenya, I share my life and work with my daughter, Nioneri. I also spend significant time in Berlin, enriching my practice and connecting with clients globally. I love my work and what distinguishes me is my holistic approach, where my diverse skills complement each other. Whether offering nutritional advice or demonstrating post-massage stretches, my clients' well-being always remains a priority. My dedication to yoga, practiced since 2005, culminated in becoming a certified yoga teacher in 2016. For me, yoga signifies a return to my essence, fostering qualities like discipline, patience, and joy, which I encourage integrating into daily life.
