Nicole Ennen, Founder of Org Empathy Consulting, LLC creates experiential learning opportunities that help individuals and organizations strengthen interpersonal skills and work better together. Drawing on her Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, 12+ years of corporate facilitation experience, and background in both visual and performing arts, Nicole brings a fresh, creative approach to professional development. Through interactive sessions that incorporate art (collage, drawing, etc.) and movement, she helps participants build communication, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and other essential skills in a way that’s engaging, memorable, and fun.
