MiShon Landry
MiShon Landry is a Texas native, military brat, and is faith and family oriented, married over 35 years with three children and three grandchildren. MiShon has over two decades of people, program, project management, and entrepreneurial expertise. She is owner of Culture Consultants, Grief Journey LLC, and Inclusive Leadership Institute in the DFW area.
As CEO of Culture Consultants and Inclusive Leadership Institute, MiShon functions as a Culture Change Catalyst bridging ever-increasing gaps between culture, inclusion, and leadership. She facilitates leadership development keynotes, seminars, and training across the country. She was named one of the Great Women of Texas by the Fort Worth Business Press for her achievements in business, civic, and community.
In 2021, MiShon endured the unimaginable loss of 10 loved ones in just 10 months, losing her oldest child (son), mom, dad, last set of living grandparents, as well as five other deeply meaningful connections. Only one of these losses was Covid-19 related and another a known terminal illness, all others were completely unexpected. These losses created an incredible amount of grief, and she will forever grieve these losses, just as her loved ones will always be a part of her life. She also believes that grief can be a gift of love, it’s being able to love and being loved by others.
As a Grief Alchemist, she seeks ways to support herself and shares these thoughts, experiences, and lessons with others. Through her company Grief Journey LLC, she aims to foster healing and honor the resilience of navigating loss while giving hope to others along the grief journey. MiShon does this by supporting those experiencing grief with tools and encouragement that helps cultivate healing, renewal, and personal resilience.
