Jan Matthews is the Founder of the Unsung Hero Scholarship Fund created to inspire the Youth that may need an extra push to finish high school and attend a University, College, Trade School or enter the Arm Forces.  She serves as an Advocate for these students as well as a Mentor for them until they say it time to release them.
