My journey into healing began when I realized that no external achievement or lifestyle could quiet the inner call to reconnect. I found my way back through breath, movement, stillness, and nature — and now I hold space for others to do the same.

Innate Layers is the expression of that calling.

It’s not about fixing. It’s about feeling.

It’s about returning — again and again — to your body, your breath, your truth.

I believe healing happens in safe, intentional spaces. My work is guided by compassion, presence, and a deep trust in the innate wisdom we all carry.
