In Educating the Whole Person, we aim to facilitate employee growth and development professionally, spiritually, intellectually, artistically, and socially. As part of University Human Resources, the Learning and Development team offers a variety of continuous learning opportunities such as online and in-person workshops, virtual toolkits, and training needs consultation to support the personal and professional growth and well-being of individual employees and teams. We also partner with other offices to develop or support training opportunities in their areas of expertise.
