Fox Tale Fermentation Project is a Nano Brewery & Fermentation Cafe in the heart of Downtown San Jose specializing in Unique and Specialty Beers, Non-Alcoholic Beverages and Creative Foods using Seasonal and Local Ingredients. We host community supported events aimed to bring more people together, and to provide a space for all to feel welcome, connected, and inspired.
