Chef Fabi has been teaching cooking classes for over 15 years in the Vancouver and Portland are. She attended culinary school 15 years ago and has worked in many kitchens since but found her love of being a cooking instructor along the way. Chef Fabi was born in Mexico to a Mexican and Spanish family and learned how to cook from her Mama, Fabiola. She now shares her families recipes in all of her cooking classes with you!
