I'm Daria Belunskaya, I’m a Psychologist, Somatic Therapist & Somatic Educator.

I help people reconnect with their bodies — to experience the body as a friend, an ally, and a source of strength, support, and resource.

My work focuses on the body-mind connection and on nervous system regulation and repatterning, supporting more clarity, resilience, and deeper connection with oneself and others.

I’m trained in Body-Mind Centering®, Somatic Psychology, Somatic Repatterning, and Applied Neuroplasticity®, with additional specialization in pre- and perinatal trauma.

I offer individual sessions and guide somatic movement practices that help restore inner awareness, shift response patterns that no longer serve you, and cultivate a more grounded sense of self.
