The objective of the the Metropolitan Section Chapter of ASCE's Structural Engineering Institute is to advance the science, the practice, and the profession of structural engineering. To achieve this objective, the Structures Group provides the local community of bridge and building engineers and construction professionals with a forum to discuss the current issues affecting the practice.
