Amy Nicole Cohen is an entrepreneur, experiential event strategist, and the Founder of Okanagan Corporate Retreats + Incentives and The Chic Experience. With more than 16 years of experience in the beauty and events industries, Amy has built her career around creating elevated experiences that bring people together, spark connection, and leave a lasting impression.

Having spent years working and producing events in New York City and Los Angeles, Amy brings a unique perspective shaped by two of North America’s most dynamic markets. Her background in beauty naturally evolved into experiential events, where she has planned and hosted hundreds of events, retreats, conferences, masterclasses, networking experiences, brand activations, and community gatherings.

Today, through Okanagan Corporate Retreats + Incentives, Amy and her team plan and produce corporate retreats, executive off-sites, incentive programs, team experiences, and special events throughout the Okanagan and beyond. From venue sourcing and accommodations to dining, transportation, team building, wellness, entertainment, and curated local experiences, the focus is on creating seamless programs with thoughtful details from beginning to end.

Through The Chic Experience, Amy also creates events and retreats centered around business, leadership, personal growth, and meaningful connection.

Now based in the Okanagan and working across Canada, the U.S., and international destinations, Amy combines years of event experience with a passion for hospitality, connection, and creating memorable experiences people genuinely want to be part of.
