Established in 1946, we are the only public English library in North Rhine-Westphalia, with a selection of over 21,000 publications from classic to contemporary. We are run by an international team of passionate volunteers and host many events. The purpose of our library is to foster a community around English books and culture. We believe that reading opens new doors!
