Meet Your Hosts:

Alison, a Reiki Master with over 20 years of experience, blends diverse healing modalities to foster transformation and connection. Her expertise spans Hands-on Healing, the Triple Vagal Method® TVM™, yoga, mindfulness, energy practices, and ceremonial circles. As a Registered Nurse, she integrates Reiki into hospice and palliative care, creating compassionate, holistic support. Alison has developed Reiki programs, including one at Franklin Medical Center, and teaches all levels of Usui Reiki. Through her Mother of Pearl Healing Center, she offers retreats, Reiki certifications, and private healing sessions, empowering others on their journey to wellness.

Celina is a certified 250-hour Holistic Vinyasa, Yin, and Somatic Yoga instructor, and one of her greatest joys is sharing the transformative power of yoga both on and off the mat. She is currently deepening her practice through a 300-hour therapeutic yoga training and is deeply passionate about energy work (holding a Reiki certification), guided meditation, and authentic relating. Her travels throughout Central and South America have deepened her connection to cacao’s heart-opening medicine, inspiring her to create spaces where people can connect authentically and meaningfully.
