The Tagore Centre is the cultural wing of The Embassy of India in Berlin and India’s premier cultural centre abroad. The Centre organises a wide range of cultural events at its auditorium in Tiergarten as well as at various prestigious venues in Germany, showcasing Indian culture in the broadest sense and serving as a platform for Indian art, philosophy and literature.

The range of events range from classical and fusion concerts, dance performances and theatre to yoga and wellness workshops, language classes, exhibitions, screenings and panel discussions, all aimed at strengthening and deepening the cultural and intellectual dialogue between India and Germany. The Centre also serves as a catalyst and facilitator promoting institutional and professional collaborations among cultural bodies, community groups and individuals across both countries.
