About the organiser: Zuzana Hamm aka FridaY is a musician, producer, event and workshops organiser and a forest bathing guide. She explores our connection to nature, sound, one another and ourselves through group walks in nature with a focus on deep listening, mindfulness and the art of noticing, and extends this practice into field recordings workshops and a music record label.
