The Hull Safeguarding Adults Partnership Board (HSAPB) is a statutory board formed under the Care Act 2014. It consists of senior members from Hull City Council, Humberside Police and Hull NHS Clinical Commissioning Group.The board is the strategic multi-agency lead body in Hull for the protection of safeguarding adults. It ensures all sectors have influence and involvement in keeping our most vulnerable safe across this city. It must -

  • publish a strategic plan
  • write an annual report
  • conduct a safeguarding adult review if an adult with care and support needs dies and abuse or neglect is suspected

Our vision;

"Safeguarding Partners work together to enable people to live in safety, where our community has a culture that supports the protection of a person’s health, wellbeing and right to live free, from harm, abuse and neglect and promotes the views, wishes and beliefs of adults in any decisions made".
