Yoga class

The Iyengar yoga system of teaching is methodical and progressive, emphasising detailed correctness and safety.

Being a long period practitioner of this type of yoga and having a deep belief in it, I decided to become a certified Iyengar yoga teacher (which takes approximately 3 years). In this path of apprenticeship, I give some classes at my place to share my knowledge.

You need to bring to your mat and wear a t-shirt with a legging/short.
