YOGA 4 ELEVATION - KUNDALINI YOGA TECHNOLOGY / YOGA GROUP SESSION
The weekly YOGA sessions that work interdisciplinary with elements of YOGA THERAPY as well as KUNDALINI YOGA TECHNOLOGY and further HOLY LIFE SCIENCES encompass and focus on a holistic and harmonious ensemble within the BODYMINDSOUL COMPLEX. To awaken the dormant power of internal energy, the COMPLEX is enabled to re-connect with the vibrant and flowing universal energy. On the mission to transform and elevate your innermost nature, Self-awareness is increased, Mind is silenced and Chakras are unblocked in order for PRANA to circulate evenly and freely. The design of the session aims for PRANA RISING. The practices are filled with BODYMINDSOUL WORKS such as ASANA, BREATH GEOMETRY as well as MEDITATIONS coupled with HOLY LIFE SCIENCES of manifold traditions. Individual ailments and requirements of clients may be addressed in the Group formate. The session is open for BEGINNERS as well as INTERMEDIATE LEVEL practitioners.
