Workshop: Automating tedious tasks with AI

Are you ready to stop doing the same things over and over and start using AI in your daily business tasks?

We would like to invite you to a focused, entry-to-mid-level workshop that will help you understand AI better and give you practical ways to use it (in your organization). You will get a good grasp of specific AI tools and solutions and learn how to use them in a business setting.

The topics of this workshop are based on the areas where AI can improve your work the most. For example, we will talk about ways to improve document management by automatically extracting data, make reporting and analysis more efficient so you can find key insights more quickly, and change the way you email and communicate to be more productive. Our main goal is to give you the tools you need to automate boring chores and make your work much more productive and efficient.

The event starts with a brief presentation about the current state of AI tools and how they can be used in everyday business tasks. Next, we'll move on to the workshop, where you will get a more hands-on approach on working directly with AI apps.

Finally, there will be an open discussion where we can share problems and work together to look into how AI could be used in unique business situations. This can also help us come up with ideas for possible follow-up, more advanced workshops!

Dein Referent Ram Maheshwari

Ram hat im Mai seinen Master in Digital Sciences mit Schwerpunkt Softwarearchitektur abgeschlossen und arbeitet seit Juli als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der TH Köln. Seine Masterarbeit befasste sich mit dem Einsatz generativer KI zur Erleichterung der testgetriebenen Entwicklung. Seine derzeitige Tätigkeit im Rahmen des InnoFaktur-Projekts im Bereich „Coding Culture” konzentriert sich auf angewandte KI und Green Software.
