What is the refund policy for the event?

If you need to cancel your attendance, we offer a full refund up to 7 days before the event. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event date are non-refundable, as we have limited spots available and this policy helps us manage our preparations and logistics.

How can I prepare for the "no phone" policy?

Accepted Answer

To embrace the full experience of disconnection, we recommend informing close contacts of your unavailability during event hours and handling any urgent matters beforehand. Of course, you can always come to us and discuss the matter.

Will there be any food or drinks provided?

Accepted Answer

We will bring a few snacks, however we encourage participants to bring their own snacks to share and at least 1L of water. This way we can have a variety of offerings Please let us know if you have any allergies, intolerances or specific diet.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Accepted Answer

In case of inclement weather, the event will be postponed to ensure everyone's safety and comfort. Your ticket will remain valid for the new date, and we will keep you informed with plenty of notice.

Can I join if I am not experienced in walking long distances?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! The mindful walks are designed to be gentle and accessible for all fitness levels. The focus is on the experience and connection rather than physical exertion. We encourage you to participate at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
