Welcome to WiBD Data Dates: Data Quality Edition! Join us at Tigges on July 17, 2025 at 6:30 PM for an evening dedicated to all things data quality.

We are testing out a new concept that we hope will become a series of events - and would love you to join us for a discussion round around a specific topic - an idea that came via one of our members! Instead of a normal "Afterworks" we will have a topic for the evening and discuss around it!

This first event we are focusing on DATA Quality - and we would like to invite you join us, in a smaller group. Seats are limited, so sign up now!

We want to discuss the topic of data quality and share our knowledge and experiences around this issue that almost every data professional has to deal with at one or the other occasion - and yes, surely anyone in business has faced issues with data quality at one point - good or bad data quality; Data can really determine the difference between success and failure - or are you of a different opinion?

We have 4 main discussion rounds in which we discuss:

  • What are root causes?
  • Who is responsible?
  • What can we do to improve data quality ?
  • What is the role of mindset?

We plan to do this interactively and use a tool to structure the discussions and to have everyone contribute with opinions. We will then discuss the results together.

Mark your calendars and get ready for an informative and engaging evening! See you there!

(Please try and make sure you have a smartphone and a charged battery so you can participate in the interactive part.)

NOTE! We will be at Tigges on Brunnenstrasse, they serve food and drinks - so you can come straight after work.

The Data Dates Series is a series where we do not depend on external sponsors.

As always everyone with an open mind and interest in data is very welcome!
