Sarah Thiele studied Fashion Journalism and Media Communication at AMD Hamburg as well as Fashion Communication and Management at the University of South Wales.

She worked at German "GLAMOUR" for four years, where she was responsible for the love and sex department.

Since 2022 she is working as a freelance journalist, communication and content manager for purpose-driven lifestyle brands as well as renowned publications such as “ZEIT ONLINE”, “Vogue”, “esquire” and “myself”.

Her main topics are feminism, sexual wellness, women's health and mental health.
