Join a series of wine tastings and explore different grape varieties together with other wine lovers!

Embark on a sensory journey through the world of wine grapes, one tasting at a time. This exclusive series focuses not on wineries or regions alone, but on the very heart of wine itself: the grapes.

Each evening is dedicated to exploring a different grape variety. Discover its history, unique characteristics, growing conditions, and the stylistic interpretations it inspires around the world.

Whether you are a seasoned enthusiast or just beginning your exploration of wine, by the end of the series, you will not only know the grapes better, you will know your own palate better.

September 18th: Pinot Grigio

We begin with Pinot Grigio, a white grape known for its light, refreshing, and approachable style. Famous for its Italian roots, Pinot Grigio offers flavors of green apple, lemon, and pear, often with a delicate almond note on the finish. Its hallmark is its lively acidity and clean, crisp character.

October 9th: Pinot Blanc

Our second grape, Pinot Blanc, is a quiet treasure. Often overshadowed by more famous varieties, Pinot Blanc is a grape of subtle beauty, known for its gentle aromas, soft texture, and balanced freshness. Expect flavors of apple, peach, and citrus, with a touch of floral charm.

October 16th: Sauvignon Blanc

Few grapes are as instantly recognizable as Sauvignon Blanc. Known for its high acidity and aromatic punch, Sauvignon Blanc delivers vivid notes of lime, gooseberry, green pepper, aEventnd tropical fruits. From the flinty, mineral-driven expressions of the Loire Valley to the bold, aromatic intensity of Marlborough, New Zealand, Sauvignon Blanc is a master of terroir.

November 13th: Chardonnay

Chardonnay is often called the winemaker’s grape for good reason: it is incredibly adaptable. In cool climates, it is crisp and citrus-driven, while in warmer regions, it becomes lush with tropical fruit. Oak aging adds yet another dimension, bringing notes of butter, vanilla, and toast.

November 20th: Syrah

As we turn to red wines, we meet Syrah, a grape of power and complexity. It can be a dark, peppery wine with savory, smoky notes or it can shows a riper, fruit-forward personality with flavors of blackberry, plum, and chocolate. This tasting showcases Syrah’s remarkable versatility, moving from structured Old World styles to lush New World interpretations.

December 11th: Riesling

Riesling is a grape of precision and beauty, offering soaring aromatics and thrilling acidity. Depending on where it’s grown and how it’s made, Riesling can be bone-dry, lightly off-dry, or lusciously sweet. Its aromas often include citrus, stone fruit, blossoms, and honey, carried by a backbone of minerality.

December 18th: Cabernet Sauvignon

We conclude the series with Cabernet Sauvignon, often called the King of Reds. Known for its deep color, firm tannins, and ability to age gracefully, Cabernet delivers flavors of blackcurrant, plum, cedar, and spice.
