There is never any pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with - listeners are just as welcome as speakers.<h3> </h3><h3>August Theme: Navigating Late-Summer Transitions &amp; Internal Resistance</h3>As late summer sets in, we often feel a quiet pull between wanting to slow down and feeling pressure to "do more" before the season shifts. This month, we explore the mechanics of resistance:<ul><li>Why setting new goals or making life changes often triggers self-doubt or anxiety.</li><li>How childhood conditioning shapes our default reactions to change.</li><li>Practical, low-resistance ways to align your daily rhythm with what your body actually needs right now.</li></ul> <h3>The Circle Flow (1.5–2 Hours)</h3><ol><li>Welcome &amp; Setting the Container (10 Mins): Intros, tea, and establishing a safe, confidential space led by Burcay &amp; Ritika.</li><li>5-Minute Education Catalyst: Brief, practical insights into nutrition, stress, and subconscious identity patterns.</li><li>Guided Reflection (30 Mins): Using your printed worksheet, we take quiet time to journal through our prompts, followed by relaxed pair/group sharing.</li><li>Group Conversation &amp; Love Letter Exchange (30 Mins): Open reflection and our signature gratitude letter exchange.</li><li>Closing &amp; Integration (10 Mins): Grounding out together and sharing next steps to stay connected.</li></ol> <h3>Essential Details</h3><ul><li>Bring: A pen and a open mind. (Worksheets provided!)</li><li>Please Note: Because table space at our café partner is strictly capped at 8–12 women, holding a confirmed ticket via Eventbrite is mandatory.
