During our afternoon together, we will experience gratitude through guided exercises and a calming meditation. Expect heartfelt conversations, shared reflections on the past year, and practical insights to carry your gratitude routines into the year ahead.

About Your Host
Hi, I'm Marina. I am deeply passionate about mindfulness and well-being practices, especially the power of gratitude. Five years ago, I began this journey and have explored almost daily how our inner attitude can transform our lives over time. Gratitude can be a compass—one that guides us back to what truly matters.
In a world that is often loud, fast-paced, and demanding, gratitude serves as a gentle reminder that abundance and contentment don’t begin outside of us, but within.
I’m excited to create this space where we can come together to explore the transformative power of gratitude and close out the year with reflection and appreciation.
