About this event

  • 2 hours 30 minutes

From AI tech and remote work, to layoffs and restructuring: our ways of working and the world we work in are changing.

Research points to one thing that can help us navigate these changes with our relationships and mental health intact: Resilience.

But how do we cultivate it? And how can we help our team members do the same?

Join us to explore how we can cultivate the resilience we need to thrive in the New Work landscape. We’ll take a look at how we can become more resilient as individuals as well as how we can create more resilience on the team level.
