Run and Party After.Es geht darum die gemeinsame Freude am Laufen zu teilen und die sich darum bildende Kultur zu feiern.Wir laufen 5km bei einer 6:30 min/ km Pace. Dabei läuft aber auch immer einer mit euch den Run zu Ende solltet ihr langsamer sein oder einen schlechten Tag erwischt haben.
