CANCELED: SHAKE OUT RUN Leider wurde der Hella Halbmarathon aufgrund der vorhergesagten hohen Temperaturen abgesagt. Davon betroffen sind auch unser Shake Out Run am Samstag sowie die Cheer Zone am Sonntag. Damit ihr diese Woche trotzdem nicht ganz auf den Sunday Running Club verzichten müsst, findet die erste Runde wie gewohnt um 8:45 Uhr am Brühwerk (Ferdinandstraße 40a) statt. Aufgrund der Temperaturen entfällt die zweite Runde, sodass es diesen Sonntag bei einer einzigen 5-km-Runde bleibt. Denkt daran, ausreichend zu trinken, und passt aufeinander auf!
