A gentle and playful exploration of our inner resources through guided movement improvisation.Somatic movement simply means moving from the inside out - following sensation rather than performing a set routine.In this session, we'll focus on building trust with gravity, finding fluidity in the body, and letting authentic movement emerge.Every body is welcome.If you're new to movement improvisation, this is a great starting point into movement improvisation as we are practicing mindful movement and embodied presence - no experience needed, just curiosity.If you're an experienced mover, you'll find a rich space to explore deeper connection within your own body.
