The event takes place in English. It's easy to follow, so you don't need to be proficient in English to attend. If it's necessary, explanation can be provided in French, German or Spanish.

How you can prepare BEFORE participating in a session?

Make sure to be in a place where you won't be disturbed. Try to set your place 10 to 5 minutes before. Take some deep breaths (longer exhale than inhale) before the session. Notice any tension you may experience on any level.

How much space is needed?

You can decide! In general, the exercises don't require you to move in space. So as long as you can stand, you have enough space.

Do I need to show my face or what I do on camera?

Yes, please. I can better guide and support you when I see what you do. So you also benefit from being on camera!

Are the sessions really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they are. I believe in communal living, togetherness and sharing economy. Also, we are alive with our bodies, so it's crucial to have regular/daily conscious connection to our physicality. Financial donations are still appreciated.

There are several ways to contribute: sharing the event on social media, inviting people to join, participate in several sessions, and make a financial donation. The link is given at the end of each session.

Yes, you can, and you are invited to bring more people on board.

No, the sessions are not recorded.

How you can maximise your benefits from a session?

Set quiet, relaxing or reflective activities for AFTER the session. If you'd like, take notes of your observations and experiences during the session. Repeat the exercises between two sessions. Join as many sessions as possible for you!
