We will host you at our apartment, in the historic heart of the city, where our kitchen will become the setting for your culinary creations.
You will know about the origin and history of the symbolic dishes of the Trinacria, connected to the historical, cultural and religious events of the island.
We will cook a full fish menu included of Starter, 1st Course, 2nd Course and side dish.
Coffee, Limoncello, amaro and all other drinks are included in the price.
The fish menu is subject to fish availability and seasons but a sample of fish menu can be found below.

The duration of the class is approximately 4 hours.
