Description

The Horizon 2020 information event gives participants from SMEs and research institutions the opportunity to get fresh information on funding opportunities in the final calls of Horizon 2020 - Societal Challenge 1 Health (SC1). A general overview of Horizon 2020- SC1 including upcoming funding opportunities and rules for participation will be given. In addition, a successful applicant and an evaluator will shortly talk about their experiences with the grant writing, the grant evaluation process and the reporting. After the event participants have the chance to discuss specific questions in one on one meetings with the National Contact Point Health for Horizon 2020 in Germany.

What is Horizon 2020?

Horizon 2020 is the biggest EU Research and Innovation programme ever with nearly €80 billion of funding available over 7 years (2014 to 2020) – in addition to the private investment that this money will attract. It promises more breakthroughs, discoveries and world-firsts by taking great ideas from the lab to the market. Get more information here
